Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026

LiftLog is a local-first app. Your workout and profile data stays on your device unless you choose to share it yourself.

Data Stored On Device

LiftLog stores data locally using on-device storage (SQLite and app settings), including workout templates, exercises, set plans, completed workout history, one-rep max entries, app settings, and optional profile values (for example name, height, and weight).

Third Parties And Tracking

iOS Live Activities Disclosure

If you use LiftLog on iOS with Live Activities enabled, active workout details (such as workout name and next set information) may appear on the lock screen or Dynamic Island. This information remains on-device but may be visible to someone who can view your screen.

Data Retention And Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you remove it. You can delete workout templates/history in-app, and uninstalling the app may remove remaining local app data.

Children's Privacy

LiftLog is not directed to children under 13.
