Data And Deletion Help
LiftLog is local-first and does not require an account.
- To remove workout templates and history in-app: Workouts tab -> More actions (three dots) -> Delete all workouts.
- To remove remaining local app data: uninstall LiftLog from your device.
Known Scope
- Data is stored locally on your device for this release.
- There is no cloud backup/sync provided by LiftLog in this release.
